How can I order my precious keepsake and how do I organise sending my pets ashes to you?
Please call us Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 16.00 and we will advise you how to order and also on the best and most secure method for collection of ashes and return of keepsake. Usually by courier service or via your vet’s practice.

A permanent reminder of the happy times you spent together with your pet.  A lasting memory which is personal only to you.

What makes the Keepsake I purchase from you unique and how can you guarantee that the ashes used in my keepsake are those of my pet?
Each item is individually hand made and crafted using only the ashes you send us thus guaranteeing the keepsakes are formed from the ashes of your beloved pet. You are also most welcome (by prior appointment) to bring your pets ashes to our office personally.

May I have some ashes back to scatter?
Any ashes that you send to us that are unused will be returned to you.

Can my pets name be engraved on the picture frame?A name plate can be affixed with your pets name on the photograph frame.

Is the Jewellery Guaranteed?Each Sterling silver pendant is Hallmarked, a guarantee of purity and quality.

Can Sentimental Connections engrave on the Jewellery Keepsake?A Small engraving can be done on the reverse of the pendant.

How long will my order take?2 to 3 weeks from receipt of ashes.
