Thank you so much to the lady I spoke with yesterday who kindly offered to put some of Belle's ashes separately from her casket so I can have a beautiful necklace made in her memory. She even took the time to give me some recommendations for jewellery makers and I have already spoken to one of them and chosen what I want. She also asked all the details about Belle and said that when she arrives with you tomorrow she will take good care of her and tell her she's been chatting to her Mum. It's the little things like this that make all the difference at a time like this. My dog was my world and knowing she will make her last journey with such kind and caring people means the world to me. Thank you x

I unfortunately had to say goodbye to one of our dogs 2 months ago, and had to use your service at Leyland Pet Crematorium we received good customer service and was looked after throughout. But, today we unfortunately had to use your service again for another one of my dogs who suddenly was taken ill and had to be put to sleep. The reason for this email is to make you aware of the excellent service that we  received today by a lady called Gemma at the Crematorium. From the first phone call we had to make to her, to the final part of saying goodbye in the Chapel was there for us and supported us amazingly, we honestly couldn't of got through it without her supporting  us and genuine care and compassion she shown us. She is an absolute credit to your company and I hope this gets passed onto her as she does deserve the recognition.
