We used the services of this pet cremation in east Ayrshire as advised by our local vet who uses their services. We were very impressed with the respect shown to Maya and ourselves with the attention to detail and personal name plaque on her remains container along with the presentation box and carry bag. The cost was not a consideration but when we received the bill we were quite suprised that for the services we received that it was not more expensive. 

We were absolutely devastated at the loss of our sweet boy Enzo but immediately, we knew he was in caring hands. I emailed quite last minute in a panic as I had forgotten to request nose prints from the vets - Karin was so helpful and kind with her words letting me know they would take some for me. She also let me know when Enzos cremation would begin which meant we could take a quiet hour to honour him. When we collected Enzo after his cremation, everything was packaged beautifully and we got an envelope with his cute nose prints and paw prints. Much to our surprise, the urn we selected even came with his name engraved on the bottom. Beautiful and something we are going to cherish forever. Thank you so much again to you all for taking care of our beautiful boys form while his soul crossed the rainbow bridge.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Ayrshire PCS. I have brought all my cats and a dog to them and everytime they are so kind, friendly and helpful. They make the pain of loss easier and with bringing my pets over myself help to ease the anguish of loss when they are then no longer with me . Thank you and please make sure the staff know how much they are appreciated and how grateful I am.

Today I brought in my little chihuahua Tuppence. I just wanted to say Thank you for giving me time with him alone to say good bye and allowing me to grieve. The service provided today was very professional and staff were very professional and understanding.
I got him back a few hours later in a beautiful box and urn. I couldn't have asked for more.
Thank you for treating him with respect and dignity and taking care of him in his final journey.

I took my dog here myself after he was peacefully out to sleep at home. The ladies on the phone were lovely and helpful to me when I called to arranged my dog's cremation. Everyone was very nice to us when we arrived and handled the situation with up most care and respect. We got Barney's ashes back the same day. I am thankful for PCS to their lovely and professional service. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you again, from Barney's family.
