We work directly with bereaved pet owners as well as veterinary practices that offer our cremation services.
By prior arrangement, pet owners may bring their pet directly to the crematorium. Our team will let you know when the ashes will be ready to collect, usually on the same day. If you would rather not attend, the ashes can be returned to your vet for collection. Please provide around 24 hours’ notice if you wish to visit and call in advance to arrange an appointment.

We understand that this can be a very difficult time and aim to make the process of arranging your pet’s cremation as straightforward as possible. If you would like us to care for your pet’s cremation, there are several options available and our graphic above explains the process.
You may bring your pet to the crematorium by arrangement, or we can collect your pet from your veterinary practice.
We also offer a selection of scatter boxes, caskets, urns, and other memorial keepsakes. Please visit the PCS Shop to view our full range of products and prices.
