Cannot fault the service I personally received. My poor girl passed away and I called them on the Saturday, they were closed. I left a voice message and received a call back within 20mins. Angie explained that there was a quick turn around on cremations but went to check if my girl had been done... Thankfully she hadn't and I was booked in to go and see her the following week.
I arrived and was taken into a room and had a conversation with Angie about how she would be when I saw her and about my girl and her life... I didn't feel rushed.. I felt that my girl and I were heard.
When I was ready I was taken to see my girl, the layout was beautiful more so than I had thought it could be. Beautiful and respectful again I was not rushed I had as much time as I needed with
When I was ready I let Angie know and Angie did what she she needed to do to start the cremation. I took myself for a drive and came back and sat in a waiting room, wrote in the book of remembrance and waited for my girls ashes.
When she was ready she was beautifully presented with the bits that had been purchased and another conversation had. Again not rushed.
I can't thank Angie enough for making such a hard day just a tiny bit better. Angie was human, she wasn't reading a script... Yes she's trained to do a job but as I said to Angie I could see emotion in her eyes they were glazed over when we were talking. Giving Angie a box of chocolates and a thank you card doesn't seem enough, in the nicest way I hope I don't have to use the services again. But if I did I would have no qualms.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of Narla for me.
