Pet Bird Cremation
At PCS we offer two forms of cremation for your feathered pet.
Individual cremations ensure that your feathered friend is cremated singularly within a clean and private chamber. With the individual cremation, you are guaranteed that the cremains you receive, or those placed into our memorial garden, will be only the ashes of your beloved pet.
A communal cremation is the chosen choice for many pet owners. Your pet will be cremated within a small group of others and the ashes are either stored in a memorial centre or scattered within the grounds of the crematorium or cemetery. Perhaps for many, the communal cremation gives a sense of togetherness, to be alongside other beloved pets on their final journey.
Both cremations are carried out with the utmost respect and care, and there is no right or wrong choice.
Occasionally, pet owners opt for memorial over cremation. This is a decision that is unique to the individual pet owner.
