Dignified, accredited cremation services
At PCS, we work with individual veterinary surgeries who offer our cremation services to the public, as well as directly with bereaved pet owners.
Pet parents are welcome to attend their pet's cremation, in our Memorial Room, and they will receive the cremains back in their chosen urn. For those who do not wish to attend, PCS returns the cremains to their veterinary practice for collection.
Our wide range of urns are available via your veterinary practice or by visiting our online shop.
Pet Memorials can be placed in your garden as a lasting tribute to your beloved pet or perhaps you would prefer to upload your thoughts and images to our online remembrance book?
Cremation services offered
Your pet will be cremated alone within a clean enclosed chamber. Clients are guaranteed that the cremains they receive, or are placed into our memorial garden, will be all and only those of their beloved pet.
Standard Communal Cremation
A small number of pets will be cremated together. As there is no separation of pets in this process you will not receive any cremains back from a communal cremation. All cremains of the communal cremations will first be cremulated then either stored or scattered only within the grounds of the PCS crematoriums and cemeteries. Unfortunately this is not permited in Scotland at present by SEPA so a small proportion will be collected and stored as a mark of respect.
For your assurance we are happy to provide a certificate of cremation. Just ask your veterinary practice to request one.
