About PCS

PCS - Commitment to Service

The company's core clients are individual veterinary surgeries, from across the country, who offer our dignified cremation services to the public, via the operation of our regular collections.

Owners who wish to can attend the cremation of their pet and will receive the cremains in a wide choice of urns all available here.

For those who do not wish to attend the individual cremation, PCS returns the cremains to the veterinary practice for your collection.

Our range of Memorials can also be purchased for placement in your garden as a lasting tribute to your pet, or you may prefer to upload your thoughts and images to our online remembrance book.

Our History

Pet Cremation Services (PCS) is the trading name for Time Right Limited, a pet-owning family business which, over 30 years ago, embarked on a journey to work closely with veterinary practices and pet parents to provide dignified cremation services for their companions. The business started with our first crematorium in Northamptonshire, which is now also our head office.

1997 - 2009

Glenn Tuck, Managing Director began to extend the reach of our essential services by acquiring and implementing the second of our crematoria in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. These were followed in the coming years by new facilities opening in Hampshire, Dorset , Cornwall, Tyne & Wear, Suffolk, York - South Yorkshire and North Ayrshire - Scotland.

2010 - 2019

The U.K. Veterinary market place starts changing and has seen and continues to see huge investment from corporates over the last few years changing many of the independent high street veterinary practices into a corporate group by way of either acquisition, franchises, buying groups or opening practices within pet stores.

Our 9 cremation and burial facilities needed to keep pace with these changes so Glenn sought an equity investment partner in 2015 for the business not only to keep pace with the corporate footprint but also retain the family values and  continue to offer our essential services for the pet owning public which is what you see today.

We have since added further facilities in the following locations:
Surrey, Pembrokeshire - South Wales and Lancashire
