Now, more than 10 years after its foundation, the service today remains as personal & dignified as it always has been.  Our experienced staff understand just how hard it is to have loved and lost a beloved companion, and offer specialist advice and services to bereaved pet owners and veterinary staff alike.

It is with great pride, respect and dignity that the staff at PCS continue to bring comfort to the pet owners of the region at a time of great sadness.

Visiting the Crematorium

By prior appointment, you and your family are welcome to attend the cremation of your pet. Here you will have the opportunity to reflect and say your final goodbye in the privacy of our 'Farewell Room'.

A book of remembrance is also available where letters poems and photographs received from bereaved owners are on display. You and your loved ones are welcome to write a personal tribute.

News and Advice

They were brilliant and cheaper than going to the vets. They gave us the option of how we would like the ashes back. Excellent service by staff.
