Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beautiful izzy 3 weeks ago . When she was returned to us she came back in the most dignified and beautiful way . From the minute I got her back I can't stop looking at her beautiful scatter tube in woodland her certificate saying this indeed my izzy and her beautiful paw print on beautiful cards . Thank you so much for giving izzy the dignity she deserved.

Sadly had to use this service after the sudden and very unexpected passing of my little cat. I can't praise the staff there enough for their kindness and compassion, especially as they completed her cremation and returned her ashes to me within 2 hours. I can't put into words how grateful I am for this and that I got her back home where she belongs so quickly. Thank you for easing this devastating time somewhat, we really appreciate it.

We very sadly had to use this company’s service after losing our much loved cat Pippa this week. On arrival  we were met by Mark who was very understanding and the whole procedure was conducted very sympathetically. Whilst I am heartbroken everything was made as easy as it could have  been. We collected Pippa 24 hours later and although I had requested a biodegradable container it was still beautifully packaged. Everything seemed much more personal than organising a cremation through a vet.

Have just received my beloved dog Sam back. The vets always use PCS and recommended them. The casket is of a very high standard with an engraved top. It came in a nice packing box and even with a discreet carry bag. So glad we chose this.
