Now, more than 15 years after opening the doors, our service remains personal and dignified. We understand how hard it is to have loved and lost a beloved companion and offer specialist help and services to bereaved pet owners and vets throughout the region. It is with great pride, respect and dignity that the staff at PCS continue to perform their daily duties - bringing comfort to many pet owners at a time of great sadness.
Visiting the Crematorium
By prior appointment, you and your family are welcome to attend the cremation of your pet Here you will have the opportunity to reflect and say your final goodbye in the privacy of our 'Farewell Room' whilst our small Garden of Remembrance is always open as a tranquil place to gather your thoughts and memories 365 days of the year.
A book of remembrance is available, featuring letters, poems, and photographs contributed by bereaved owners. You and your family are welcome to add a personal message or tribute.
