Our services are available to bereaved pet owners and through veterinary surgeries that partner with us.
You are welcome to bring your pet to the crematorium by prior arrangement. Our team will inform you when the ashes are ready for collection, which is usually the same day. If you would rather not visit, we can arrange for the ashes to be returned to your veterinary surgery. Please allow approximately 24 hours’ notice and contact us in advance to book an appointment.
We appreciate that this may be a difficult time and aim to make the arrangements for your pet’s cremation as easy and clear as possible. If you would like us to carry out the cremation, there are a number of options available and our graphic above explains the process.
