In 2015 PCS – Pet Cremation Services became a proud member of the IAOPCC (International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematoria). As a member of the association, we work in accordance with their standards to ensure we offer you, the pet owner, that your pet entrusted to us will receive the highest standard of care on their final journey.
We achieve this by employing strict procedures, policies and audited processes ensuring the highest standard of quality is achieved.
What You Can Expect from Our Crematoriums as an IAOPCC Member
You can expect the following from Accredited IAOPCC Members:
- We adhere to strict set of business standard operating procedures to ensure “Best Practice” is achieved.
- We provide a full disclosure of the pet identification and tracking process.
- We are required to meet air quality standards and comply with strict guidelines as set by the APHA, Environment Health and local authorities.
- We will not misrepresent our services nor conduct our business in a fraudulent manner.
- We offer the utmost in quality care and services providing pet parents and their pets with compassionate care.
- We have resources available for grief counselling services and grief education for families.
We also have our own Code of Practice that we have developed after many years of working with vets and pet owners.
