Adam, you have been incredibly amazing, kind, compassionate  and ever so thoughtful after we travelled very early hours unannounced, this morning. In thinking that we may be possibly able to see our beloved little girl Darcy. As unfortunately you had cremated her already, but then you remarkably suggested that we can take her ashes home only after a day after Darcy passed away. You went the extra mile as you can see how shocked and emotional we were, that we are able to take her home. Thank you so so so much for understanding.

Would just like to say what a fantastic service you offer. From first contact to the collecting of our beloved Gypsy's ashes. Always had time and care. I would recommend Essex Pet Crematorium to anyone who requires a loving and caring final resting for the beloved pet. 

We brought jazz to you the day that we said goodbye to her so it was a very emotional day. I was very nervous of how going to a crematorium would be and was worried that we would be rushed to leave, however that was not the case. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff were very gentle with thier tone of voice and words, let you take all the time that you needed and talked you through everything which was reassuring knowing that we had left Jazz in good hands. Thank you so much for the kindness and support that was shown to me and my parents at such a difficult time. 

Adam, I have no words to express how grateful we are to you for the amazing service that we recently received from. You helped us both (and Daisy Dog) so much to deal with the heartbreak of losing our beloved Evie and gave us everything and more than we could ever have expected. You are truly one in a million and if there was ever a perfect job for a person perfect you have found it. Would like to thank all of the staff who took such care with my beloved Bailey and treated him as one of their own. Words can never express the kindness and their understanding that he was a member of our family. Through the midst of grief when I felt I couldn't cope you made things happen how I wanted. You don't realise how important you all are.

PCS Essex have been a blessing for us at this incredibly difficult time. The loss of pur beloved Winnie has broken our hearts and the guys at the Latchingdon Crematorium have been so caring and understanding. Even tolerated us just turning up and making numerous phone calls as we kept for getting to ask questions. We have never lost a pet before and was not aware that Farewell Services existed. We are so grateful they do. Thank you.

My cat Oscar was cremated on 26th May 2022. The care taken towards Oscar was faultless, thank you for taking care of Oscar at this sad time.

We would like to thank Adam and Essex Pet Crematorium for the wonderful send off for our little dog, Bettie. Everything was just perfect from Arrival to receiving back our beloved late friend.
