We work closely with both bereaved pet owners and veterinary surgeries that offer our cremation services.
Pet owners are welcome to bring their pet to the crematorium by prior arrangement. Our team will advise when your pet’s ashes will be ready for collection, which is typically the same day. If you prefer not to attend, we can arrange for the ashes to be returned to your veterinary practice for collection. We usually ask for 24 hours’ notice if you plan to visit and request that you call ahead to book an appointment.

We know how challenging this time can be and do our best to make arranging your pet’s cremation with us as simple as possible. If you choose to place your pet in our care, there are a few different ways to proceed and the graphic above outlines the process.
You can arrange to bring your pet directly to the crematorium or have your pet collected from your vet.
A variety of scatter boxes, caskets, urns, and memorial keepsakes are available. Please visit the PCS Shop to see our full product range and pricing.
