Some pet owners are not aware that they can organise their pet’s cremation themselves and bring their pet directly to our crematorium. This can be particularly helpful if you are outside our collection area or would prefer to bring your pet personally rather than leaving them with a vet.
Where possible, we can arrange a same-day cremation service. With this option, your pet is cremated on the same day so that you are able to take their ashes home with you. It can also help reduce the total cost, as there are no collection or return transport fees.
If you would like to bring your pet to us, please contact our team to arrange an appointment. In many cases we can assist on the same day you contact us, depending on availability.
During your visit, you may spend time in our Farewell Room, providing a calm and private space to say your final goodbye.
