Summerleaze was founded by Debbie Williams and her late mother Joan Payne in October 1989. Now, more than 20 years after its foundation, Summerleaze continues to offer that same personal service from our location in the heart of the peaceful Gwent countryside in Redwick on the north shores of the Severn Estuary.

Building on a long tradition of animal care and understanding just how hard it is to have loved and lost a beloved companion, Summerleaze was established to offer specialist help and services to bereaved pet owners and vets throughout Wales and England. It is with great pride, respect and dignity that the staff at Summerleaze under the ownership of the PCS Group, continue to perform their daily duties - bringing comfort to many pet owners at a time of great sadness.

The service today remains personal & dignified - as it always has.

Testimonials

No words can describe how wonderful and valuable this place is. When we finally had to put our Labrador to sleep after a long illness we couldn’t bear to take him home. Summerleaze allowed us to come at very late notice straight from the vets for a personalised service.

When we lost our beautiful boy Bryn just a few weeks ago we decided to have him cremated and his ashes returned to us what a lovely peaceful place Summerleaze is and the staff are truly amazing thoughtful compassionate and caring thank you so much.

Lynne Barry

Summerleaze was used by our vet who told me they had excellent reputation. His lovely scattering tube was in a box decorated with little coloured corn sheaf. He will be going into a beautiful garden pot planted with a special rose. So pleased he was treated with care and dignity.
