Many people are unaware that they can arrange their pet’s cremation directly with us, including bringing their pet to our crematorium themselves. This may be helpful if you live outside our collection area or would prefer not to leave your pet with your veterinary practice.
In many cases, we are able to offer a same-day cremation service. This means your pet is cremated on the same day, allowing you to take their ashes home with you. Choosing this option can also reduce the overall cost as collection and return fees are not required.
If you would like to bring your pet directly to us, simply contact our team to arrange an appointment. We are often able to assist on the same day you get in touch, depending on our existing commitments.
When you arrive at the crematorium, you are welcome to spend time in our Farewell Room, where you can say your final goodbye in a quiet and private setting.
Whether you choose to visit us in person or arrange the cremation through your veterinary practice, you can be assured that your pet will be cared for with the dignity and respect they deserve.
