Jazz you were a truly great dog, you taught us so much about unconditional love. So many memories were made in the 15 yrs we had you, like the time you climbed Stickle o pike in the Langdales before you were one, wow. We will miss you so much and deeply cherish your memory Jazzy. You illness was so sudden and final, yet you showed courage and bravery even at the end, We wish we could turn back the clock and have you back, we have deep sorrow and are so thankful for the time we had together, good night Jazz, you will never be forgotten girl x Dad, Mum, Jem, Jord, Steph and the Scooge. xxxxxx
