PCS Doncaster Pet Crematorium is making significant strides in its sustainability journey as it works towards achieving Bronze certification from Investors in the Environment (iiE), a respected UK environmental accreditation scheme that helps organisations measure, manage and improve their environmental performance.
Investors in the Environment (iiE) supports businesses of all sizes in reducing their environmental impact through structured goal-setting, tracking and improvement plans. The Bronze level specifically involves laying the foundations of an environmental management system, implementing key processes to manage resources responsibly and beginning to monitor performance against environmental targets.
As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, the crematorium has identified key aspects of its operations that influence its environmental footprint.
