Remembrance Book - In loving memory of Donato

Donato, If love added years, you'd be eternal. You've been the centre of our lives for 17 years, 1 month and 6 days and you filled our lives with love, joy and laughter. You lived a full life filled with fun and adventures, you survived an earthquake, took a 17 hr flight across the world to join us from Peru all the way to Scotland. You have family and friends in both countries and everyone that ever met you loved you and said you were a wee character and they were right! You left a hole in our hearts and the house feels so empty without you, but the beautiful memories we made together will always remain in our hearts. You were the child we never had, you truly were our wee baby and we will always miss you dearly. We're trying to find comfort in knowing you had the best last week with us, filled with treats, walks and all the love you deserved and you went peacefully falling asleep with mum and dad holding you, kissing you, hugging you and comforting you until the end. You're the best dog we could have ever hoped for and will for ever be grateful for having been a big part of our lives. Thank you for teaching us the most pure and unconditional love and rest easy until we meet again over the other side of the rainbow, where we know you'll be waiting for us.
