My beautiful baby boy sadly passed away on the 4th October 2016. He would have been 15 next month and bravely fought congestive heart disease for over 2 years. He's my best friend has always been there for me through the many ups and downs of life. May you rest in peace my Georgey boy and know that you are forever loved and missed xxxxx
