Jake you left my side and crossed over to rainbow bridge on 6th May 2021. My world changed that day it broke my heart. You were by my side for nearly 13 years you were my soulmate, my shadow, I miss you so much everyday I miss your cuddles your barks everything about you. You were so loyal and loving and I greatful that you chose me to love you. Till we meet in this side of rainbow bridge. Love always xx
