JAKE 13 years old passed away 07-01-2020 Jake we miss you so much , you were such a faithful companion,. we were meant for each other. From the day that I rescued you from the dogs home you never left my side. You touched so many people's lives especially my Mother who loved your visits to see her in the nursing home for the last few years of her life and Tim who adored you. We all thank you for the love you gave us Run,play and sleep in sweet scented meadows. John & Tim
